k baji Cricket Betting — Best Betting Experience from BPL to T20 World Cup
Bet on every match of Bangladesh's most popular sport. k baji offers odds across all three formats — Test, ODI and T20 — along with live betting and multiple markets.
Three cricket formats and major tournaments
Understanding formats in cricket betting matters because each format plays differently — and those differences are reflected in the odds.
T20 is the fastest format. Each team plays only 20 overs, so results are decided within about two hours. BPL and IPL are played in this format and are the most popular among Bangladeshi fans. Odds shift instantly when wickets fall or runs come quickly.
ODI gives each team 50 overs. Strategy plays a bigger role here — powerplay runs, middle-over wickets, and late finishing all shape the match. The ICC Cricket World Cup is played in this format.
Test cricket is a five-day match. A draw is possible, so betting markets are different — the match winner market has three options. Pitch conditions, weather, and player form have a strong influence on betting decisions.
k baji offers betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international series matches. Football and other sports are also available, as discussed in the next section.
How football betting differs from other sports
Alongside cricket, k baji also offers football betting. Football matches last 90 minutes and a draw is a separate outcome — so the match winner market always has three options (Team A wins, Draw, Team B wins). In T20 or ODI cricket there is generally no draw (except for weather interruptions), so the market is limited to two straightforward options.
Football features handicap betting, corner markets, and goalscorer betting. Cricket has its own equivalents — top batsman, total runs, over/under, and toss — all shaped by the nature of the game.
It is worth remembering that betting is entertainment — there is no guarantee of winning, and bets should always be placed responsibly. Read our responsible gaming guidelines.
The most popular markets in cricket
k baji offers multiple markets to choose from in a single match. Below are seven key markets, each with a brief example.
Match Winner
Which team will win the match — this is the most straightforward bet. In T20 or ODI there are just two options: Team A or Team B. Example — Team A faces Team B and you pick Team B; if Team B wins, your bet is successful.
Toss Betting
A bet on who will win the toss before the match starts. The outcome is completely separate from how the game plays out — it is an independent bet on the very first moment of the match. Example — you bet that Team A will win the toss; you find out as soon as the toss is made.
Top Batsman
Pick which player will score the most runs for a team in this market. Example — if you think the number three batter for Team A will be their top scorer, select that player.
Total Runs Over/Under
Whether the total runs in an innings or the full match will be above (over) or below (under) a set number. Example — in a T20 innings the line is set at 160; if you pick over, you win if the innings reaches 161 or more.
Multi Bet
Combining multiple bets increases the combined odds significantly, but one wrong selection means the entire bet is lost. Example — selecting three outcomes across three matches multiplies the odds together; you only win if all three are correct.
First Over Runs
An over/under or exact score bet on how many runs will be scored in the first over of a match — popular in T20. Example — if you think more than 6 runs will be scored in the first over, pick over.
Top Wicket Taker
Which bowler will take the most wickets in a match — this market rewards analysing the bowling lineup. Example — if you think Team B's lead pacer will be the top wicket taker, select that player.
Decimal, Fractional and American Odds
Odds on betting platforms are displayed in three formats. Whatever way the number is written, the payout is the same — only the way it is expressed differs.
On the k baji Bet platform, decimal format is shown by default, but you can switch to other formats.
Example 1 — The same value in three formats
Team A wins, bet ৳1,000. Decimal odds 2.50 = Fractional 3/2 = American +150. If the bet wins, the return is ৳2,500 (৳1,500 profit + ৳1,000 original stake). If the bet loses, ৳1,000 is gone.
Example 2 — Odds for the favourite
Team B wins: Decimal 1.25 = Fractional 1/4 = American -400. American minus odds show how much you need to stake to make a profit of 100. A ৳1,000 bet returns ৳1,250 (৳250 profit).
Team A and Team B are fictional teams — these numbers are for illustration only and are not live odds or a promise of winnings.
How odds shift during a match
In live betting, bets are placed while the match is in progress. Odds are recalculated after every ball, every wicket, and every over — because the match situation keeps changing.
Say Team A has scored 130 runs in 18 overs and lost 8 wickets in a T20. At that moment, the odds on Team B winning drop significantly — because the market considers Team B more likely to win. Conversely, if Team A suddenly scores 40 runs in two overs, the odds could move closer to even again.
The same happens in over/under markets — the line is adjusted based on how many runs are likely in the remaining overs at the current run rate. Live betting requires quick decisions, so you can place bets directly from your phone via the k baji App.
A stable internet connection is needed to enjoy live betting, and it is wise to think through each bet carefully before placing it.
Three bets combined — multi bet calculation
A multi bet (accumulator or parlay) combines multiple selections onto a single bet slip. Because the odds multiply together, the potential return increases — but so does the risk.
Example — Three selections
Three selections across three separate matches with decimal odds of 1.60, 1.80, and 1.90 respectively. Combined odds: 1.60 × 1.80 × 1.90 = 5.47 (approximately). A ৳100 bet returns ৳547 — but only if all three selections are correct. If even one is wrong, the full ৳100 is lost.
A multi bet is for entertainment — it is not a profit strategy. Evaluate each selection on its own merits and stay within your budget.
