3.1 One Account Per User

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, the same household, or the same IP address is explicitly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, the balances and bonuses across all those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All details provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination. To update any details, users must submit a request through customer support.

3.3 Account Security

Users are fully responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the k baji support team immediately. k baji will not be held responsible for theft or misuse of account credentials caused by the user's own negligence.

3.4 Closing an Account

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any available balance in the account may be withdrawn before the request is processed. k baji also reserves the right to close any account, with or without prior notice, under specific circumstances.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be met. That means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 20 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user.
• Bonus funds are not the same as cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may be restricted to specific games, as stated in the offer details.
• It is generally not possible to have more than one active bonus on an account at the same time — exceptions may apply in certain cases.
• k baji reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

Users can advance to higher VIP levels based on regular play. There are three levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available: Bronze members receive up to 0.5%, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week.

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless k baji itself identifies a technical error. In live betting, odds change in real time and the odds at the moment a bet is accepted are final.

7.2 Cancelled or Suspended Results

If a sporting event or game is cancelled or indefinitely suspended for a valid reason, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned. k baji reserves the right to make the final decision in such situations.

7.3 Changes to Odds

k baji may change odds at any time. The odds in effect at the time a bet is placed will apply. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, k baji reserves the right to void the bet.

7.4 Casino Games

k baji casino offers games from PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, and other well-known providers. Each game has its own RTP and rules, which are visible in the game interface. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated by any external party.

k baji believes gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a reliable source of income. We encourage users to enjoy themselves within their limits.
